1. A form of payment for water by Terra Garnd Water when their water pipes rupture. Not
to be part of the payment by the homeowners.2. When and if United Water takes over Terra Grand Water system, that United
assumes full responsibility for all pipes etc. belonging to Terra Grand Water
issure concerning the water systems reconstruction be strictly between United
Terra Grand water.
