Comment: "Please deny the requests made by CDS Stoneridge U�li�es to increase fees and water rates.
The Principal of this company and others in Stoneridge is Chan Karupiah, Mr. Karupiah is in a current
lawsuit with SPOA over unpaid dues, is unwilling to pay costs related to JMBCA, a road maintenance
agreement that his business is a member of. Stoneridge has higher sewer bills than standard rates and
Mr. Karupiah has increased. Please deny these requests to further fleece the residents of Stoneridge.
