We are both a homeowner and also a Lot Owner (water has not yet been connected to our Lot). We urge you to reject both of the new rate increase requests. CDS Stoneridge u�li�es has a history of these types of ac�ons. I recall a couple of mee�ngs that we atended and remember Esprit Enterprises LLC (Chan Karupiah) stated that all he was concerned about was pu�ng money in his pocket. 2 We currently are in legal ac�on against Mr Karupiah. This man in my op�on is not a good Bunises man. the u�lity Co was debit free when he bought it in 2018. Clearly, he does not have the skills to run a business and or company.
