RATE FOR A NEW WATER SERVICE CONNECTION;

On July 8,2022,the Commission issued Order No.35457 requiring StoneRidge Utilities
LLC ("StoneRidge"or "Company")to verify the refund status of 12 customers and complete
Staff's Production request within 21 days.On July26,2022,the Company responded to Staff's
production requests and provided evidence of refunds to the 12 customers referenced in Order
No.35457.On August 18,2022,the Company sent verification that all checks have cleared the
bank.Staff has reviewed the Company's responses and believes the responses satisfy the
Commission order.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission find that the Company has complied with Order
No.35457 and close Case No.SWS-W-22-01.
