SWS-W-22-01 ORDER NO. 35553 On July 8, 2022, the Commission issued Order No. 35457 requiring CDS Stoneridge Utilities L.L.C., (“Company”) to verify the refund status of 12 customers, and complete the July 30, 2021, Production Request response through a compliance filing. On July 25, 2022, the Company responded to the July 30, 2021, Production Request and provided evidence that the 12 customers identified in Order No. 35457 received their refunds. STAFF COMMENTS Staff reviewed the Company’s response and recommended that the Commission close the case. COMMISSION DISCUSSION AND FINDINGS The Commission has jurisdiction over this matter under Idaho Code §§ 61-501, -502, and -503. Idaho Code § 61-501 authorizes the Commission to “supervise and regulate every public utility in the state and to do all things necessary to carry out the spirit and intent of the [Public Utilities Law],” including “water corporations” that serve the public or some portion thereof for compensation. See Idaho Code §§ 61-125, -129, and -501. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company has complied with Order No. 35457. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order regarding any matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.
