ORDER NO. 34828
On September 9, 2020, the Commission issued Order No. 34770. The Order required
CDS Stoneridge, LLC (“Company”) to respond, within 21 days from the service date of the Order,
to the Commission’s findings and the Commission Staff’s (“Staff”) allegations about the Company
overcharging new customers to connect to the Company’s water system. The Company submitted
its response on September 30, 2020.
At the Commission’s October 27, 2020 Decision Meeting, Staff requested an
opportunity to reply to the Company’s submission. The Commission now issues this Order
providing for further proceedings in this case.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
To further develop the record in this case, the Commission finds it reasonable to allow
Staff the opportunity to provide a reply to the Company’s September 30, 2020, response. The
Commission also finds it appropriate to allow the Company the opportunity to file a sur-reply in
response to Staff’s reply. Staff shall file a written reply to the Company’s September 30, 2020,
response within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order. The Company shall have
the opportunity to file a sur-reply to Staff’s reply within seven (7) days after Staff files its reply.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff shall file a written reply to the Company’s
September 30, 2020, response within twenty-one (21) days from the service date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Company shall file its sur-reply within seven (7)
days after the Staff files its reply.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties should continue to comply with Order No.
34781, issued September 17, 2020. All pleadings should be filed with the Commission
electronically and shall be deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See

Rule 14.02. Service between parties should also be accomplished electronically. Voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
