Lots are now selling for as much and more than what we purchased our house for over 6 years ago.The developers are now reaping their reward. We are all for someone making a profit but not at our expense. All the new water company improvements ( infrastructure) are involved in new homes and townhomes. Why should present and old time home owners have to bear such an increase especially when their golf course only increases 57%. Wow! We would like a 57% increase in our income. Stoneridge Water Co. says it has invested nearly $450 000 since the last rate increase. How much is this attributed to new development in which the owners will reap a reward? How much is this attributed to the new well to service all the new homes? Last time we looked capital improvements can also be depreciated. It sounds like greed!! We hope you seriously consider these points in you decision making. Thank you for your time. Sincerely yoursvJ~ /Yl~V:~ ~rG""Z;r;G1,?(VG':-('Z": IZ;Wi(f~';-;~f,~Jj").I ):J .t,"h- j' ~ :oP ,"-, r' - , .' '. Frank & Margee Van Vlymen PO Box 172 Blanchard, ID 83804-0172
