Happy Valley Ranchos water users knew there would be a fee increase in our future. When wewere considering merging with Stoneridge Water Company they led us to believe a future
increase would be about $10.00 a month. The increase they are requesting is to $55.00 a
300% increase plus a 93% increase in water usage fees. I fell this is exorbintant and
should not be allowed.
