In addition, hearings will be held in mid-April on the proposed rate increase. The virttral workshop will provide customers with an overview of the application from SUEZ to raise rates, and an analysis from commission staffregarding how the proposed increase would impact customers. At the workshop, customers may ask commission staffabout the application and how customers may further participate. Representatives from SUEZ also will be available to answer questions dwing the workshop. The workshop starts at 6:00 p.m. (MST). In addition to the workshop on March 25,the commission will host a telephonic customer hearing on Thursday, April 15, at 6:00 p.m. (MST). The commission will host a technical hearing beginning on Tuesday, April 20, at 1:30 p.m. (MST), and continuing on Wednesday, April 21, ard Thursday, Apil22, if necessary. A technical hearing is an opportunity for parties to the case to present witnesses and testimony, including exhibits. Non-parties interested in listening to the testimony and presentations at the technical hearing can attend, but will not be allowed to ask questions or testifr.
