Comment: "The September 2020 application by Suez Water to increase its rates to customers by 22.3% is not only outrageous but also unconscionable. Right now, while COVID-19 is still
ravaging our the State of Idaho, people are struggling with economic and financial difficulties. Some families are struggling to put food on the table and a roof over their heads and Suez
wants to add to their financial difficulties. Even in better economic times, an increase of 22%is still not acceptable. I live on the bench in Boise and its residents have struggled for years
with brown water and water quality issues. In truth, Suez should be reducing its rates for some neighborhoods due to ongoing water quality concerns."
