Suez Water Rate Increase

In regards to water usage per household Suez is lying and this needs to be reviewed!! I am a widow who lives alone
with a small yard that barely stays green...I water minimally! My bills this summer have been $145.00 and 100.00. Ilive alone on a fixed income so little water usage and I haven’t had guest due to Covid! A 22 percent increase isvery excessive given to the amount we currently pay!!

Comment: "Regarding the rate increase proposed by SUEZ as a result of their 5-year comprehensive
effort. I would like the Commission to insist on better cost control at SUEZ's marketing department,
before approving the rate increase. I live at Fallingbrook Townhomes, which are rental properties. I
received over a dozen mail pieces from SUEZ during the last 4 years, asking me to purchase
insurance on water pipes outside the structure I'm renting. This was completely wasted money on
printing and postage, as I'm not responsible for that piece of infrastructure. My neighbors received
the same offers. Ultimately, it was SUEZ customers who paid for this folly and I don't want this to
continue."
