SUZ-W-20-02 ORDER NO. 35002 On September 30, 2020, SUEZ Water Idaho, Inc. (“SUEZ”) applied to raise water- service rates. Micron Technology, Boise City, Ada County, Intermountain Fair Housing Council (“IFHC”), SUEZ Water Customer Group (“SWCG”), Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (“CAPAI”), and Intervenors Gannon et al. (“Bench Intervenors”) intervened in the case. On March 17, 2021, a Stipulation and Settlement (“Settlement”) and a motion for Commission approval of the proposed Settlement were filed with the Commission. See IDAPA 31.01.01.056, .272, .274. The Settlement was signed by the Company, Staff, Micron, Boise City, Ada County, SWCG, and CAPAI. On March 18, 2021, IFHC filed a motion to withdraw as a party; and on March 22, 2021, the Bench Intervenors also filed a motion to withdraw. See IDAPA 31.01.01.045. COMMISSION DECISION Having reviewed the record, the Commission finds it reasonable to grant the IFHC and the Bench Intervenors’ motions to withdraw. The IFHC said its participation in the case was no longer necessary. The Bench Intervenors indicated they would present public testimony at the public hearing instead of entering into a settlement agreement with other parties. We find these reasons sufficient to allow for withdrawal. Like other members of the public, the withdrawing parties will have an opportunity to be heard through the filing of written comments or by testifying at the April 21, 2021 telephonic customer hearing that has been scheduled in this case, or both. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motions to withdraw are granted. /// ORDER NO. 35002 2 DONE by Order of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission at Boise, Idaho this 14th day of April 2021.
