Comment: "I have been an Eagle resident for 21 years. Please DENY the application for the sale of Eagle Water Company to SUEZ water for the following reasons: 1. SUEZ has a
troubled history, experienced by myself, having to run water through the home of friends who were out of town due to contamination with irrigation water. 2. We have experienced plentiful,
pristine water in Eagle through EWC for 21 years. I do not wish this water source to go to a multinational, for-profit company. 3. Our mayor, Jason Pierce, and the city council, chose to
settle the lawsuit regarding the City of Eagle's bid to purchase EWC out of court without considering the wishes of the Citizens of Eagle and without due diligence. Thank you,

Comment: "Eagle should maintain control over their water rights and workings. These workings should NOT be given over to another outside entity - City of Boise / Foreign
Company. In addition, this matter should have taken priority, been addressed and decided upon by our mayor and other city elected officials prior to over building and over crowding
the city with the sub-divisions that have been built in the recent times. This and other infrastructural items that needed attention prior to the major building going on is a major over-
site of those running the show. Stop the building and get the act together!!"

Comment: "I am writing to express my concern about the sale of our water supply company. I own property in Boise and Suez is the water company. I am paying almost double for a
townhome that is half the size of my home in Eagle. The sale of Eagle Water Co. to an international company makes no sense and is not good for the citizens of Idaho. The control of
all necessary utilities should be managed and owned by local companies. Suez does not respond to customer issues and many have filed complaints with BBB. "
