Comment: "Dear PUC, I oppose the sale of Eagle Water Company to Suez. The magnitude of the rate increase is prohibitive. Our bills will skyrocket quickly and especially those on fixed
incomes will struggle to the point of hardship. With increases occurring on all fronts in our economy, our water bills should not be subjected to a significant increase that will occur over
future years. Also, we lose local control of our precious water to a company who has a reputation of poor customer service, poor maintenance, and managing from afar. There are
other options available than Suez. Please reconsider the sale to Suez and find a different, viable, and reasonable solution that benefits Eagle customers and not allow a huge, foreign
company to inflict exorbitant price increases and hardship for many in the community. Thank you, Sue Pellant"

Eagle, I have seen FIRST HAND, how the take over of Boise Water by Suez, has resulted in Terrible
Customer Service and Very High Increase of Water Prices to Boise Customers. Keep FOREIGN owned
companies OUT of Idaho Property owners! This is another Sell OUT attempt, to take over and to
destroy what is remaining of our Great Nation. "
