Comment: "I am very concerned about a foriegn company being allowed to take over such a precious commodity as water. We as the citizens should be given a voice and a chance to vote
on something as important as this. Selling out to foreign companies that are obviously trying to monopolize this sacred resourse is not in the best interest of our city. Despite all the repairs
and upgrades needed and bottom line costs, the residents should be able to vote and decide what is best for our community and our water. Please do not let this happen for the sake of
Eagle and the sake of Idaho."
