Comment: "GIven that the Eagle Water Company (EWC) has provided my home with 9 years of excellent-quality drinking water (best I've ever experienced anyway in the USA!) and given
that EWC's aging infrastructure WILL MOST LIKELY receive sufficient Federal funds (via the pending Infrastructure Act) to make repairs WITHOUT the financial assistance of a
multinational like Suez and finally given that Suez Water Company (SWC) has a VERY POOR record of providing QUALITY WATER (they over-chlorinate their water and perform
detrimental periodic back-flushes of the piping), I am VEHEMENTLY OPPOSED to the EWC being purchased by the SWC! The best new owner would be the City of Eagle, who has
the first right of refusal for the purchase and along with soon-to-be realized Federal infrastructure funding, the EWC WILL BE ABLE to implement all necessary piping
infrastructure improvements! Please deny the SWC an opportunity to acquire another excellent water source and invariably destroy it with their one- size-fits-all approach to water
treatment and distribution!"
