Comment: "I am requesting you to deny the application for the sale of Eagle Water (case #EAG-W-18-01) to Suez. Suez has a long history of complaints, dirty water, over
chemicalization of water, bad tasting dirty water, brown water on the bench, water rate hikesand poor customer service. EWC delivers clean, plentiful great tasting water and great
customer service. We do not want a french based company owning and controlling our water,dumping chemicals in it and making it taste bad. We have a right to keep our pristine water
locally owned and that we have a company that has our best interest in mind. Water is a life-sustaining resource that we have a right to. "

Comment: "As a long-time resident of Eagle Idaho and user of water supplied by Eagle WaterCompany, I implore the Commission to deny the sale of said company to Suez. Our household
has been pleased with the water and service from EWC and envision this changing for theworse with Suez. I believe water rights and control should be kept local and that the City of
Eagle should reconsider their inaccurate and unprofessional decision to back out ofconsideration for the purchase of EWC. I could bore you with the same objections to this
purchase as you have heard from other well-intended water users. However, i suggest you re-read the comments from Shelley Brock from Eagle. Her research and description of the
circumstances are flawless and whole-heartedly seconded by our household. Thank you foryour considerations."
