Comment: "Our democratic republic that we so enjoy here in the United States, and particularly here in Idaho, ensures us that we as citizens have the right to speak and have our
voices heard. The City of Eagle didn't not take notice of our desire to NOT proceed the sale of Eagle Water to Suez. It is obvious how unpopular Suez water is--with a quick study, I saw 92
people gave Google reviews of Suez a 1.5 rating--that's amazing! It's so rare to see such a low rating. Please give us a chance as citizens to have a voice in this process. Selling our local
water to an unpopular, remote, disinterested in local issues, international company means we have less say in a very precious commodity, especially in the West, in an area that is
experiencing high growth, drought, and uncertainty. I'm confident that the citizens of Eagle and Idaho are capable of managing the challenges of maintaining our water supply here. You
can make this right--keep our water local!"

Comment: "We are deeply disappointed that the residents of Eagle and customers of the Eagle Water Company were not given the opportunity to vote on a bond or levy to keep local control
of their water system. Aren't bonds and levies the normal process for upgrading city infrastructure? The City of Eagle and Suez bypassed this process of voter input. We are
concerned that the evaluation of the need and cost to upgrade EWC was performed by Suez and not an independent contractor. Also, acquisition of EWC by Suez resembles a monopoly
of the Treasure Valley Water resources. Eagle residents deserve the chance to decide who controls this most precious resource. Sincerely, Theresa and Kevin Noyce "
