Comment: "I oppose the sale of City of Eagle Water to Suez. City of Eagle Water provides excellent water quality and service. Sale to Suez will result in increased rates in a region
where housing costs and property taxes have already made it difficult to afford to live. Moreover, selling such a precious natural resource as water to a foreign company is a mistake
because they stand only to make money and suffer none of the potential consequences of altered water quality or availability."

Comment: "I have been an Eagle Water Company customer for 24 years. Their service and water quality have been exceptional. I was a United Water Customer in West Boise for 10
years there water quality was fair at best. I had problems with sediment and too much Chemical. Eagle Water has been a bargain and the rates need to be increased but not by 400%
in 4 or 5 years. Eagle Water applied for a rate increase 10 or more years ago , if memory serves me correctly, to make needed improvements but that request was denied. It appears that
SUEZ can raise the rates as they see fit. A public utility should not be owned by a for profit foreign company. Let's keep Idaho, Idaho and local control of our utilities. "

the way it is. Their water is dirty and full of chemicals. Boot them out. Take back what's ours. Put an end to this. Don't take the easy way out. "

Comment: "I oppose the sale of Eagle Water to Suez because Suez has made it clear that it intends to sale the affordable natural water from the current Eagle resources to new
developments (including Avimor) at the immediate and long-term expense of current Eagle customers. Protection from Suez's proposed exorbitant rate increases for Eagle residents must
be included in any sale contract for the purchase of Eagle Water. It is only fair and reasonable that new developments or other communities should bare the brunt of price increases."
