Comment: "I would like to express that I strongly disapprove of the IPUC to grant the application of Suez Water to overtake our local Eagle Water Company. I have been a
homeowner for 24 years with my water supplied by Eagle Water. The water has always been safe and delicious and the cost is very fair. Allowing Suez Water to take over our water system
will diminish the quality of the water, increase our fees and will provide profit for an out of state entity rather than to a local company. I have friends who are unfortunately supplied by
the Suez Water company and the cost is much higher, the quality is demonstrably lower and their metering system has cheated many people by charging for far more water than was
actually used. I personally know several people who have experienced unfair business practices from Suez Water such as charging for extra water when their meter was metering at
10 times the actual rate. I believe IPUC is also familiar with the brown water Suez Water delivers to many of their customers in Boise. Due to the inferior water quality, poor customer
service, high billing rates and history of unhappy customers, please deny the application for Suez water to acquire Eagle Water Company and allow Eagle customers to retain our pure,
sweet water from our local water company. Thank you, Christine Fisher"

Comment: "This is the final information on my previous comment, apparently there is a limitto what you want us to be able to put down, this is the last wanderings of my initial sending
about 4 minutes ago. ~~ through imp pact fees and charging for hooking up to the existingsupply, and/or adding new wells and supply lines to provide the additional capacity. 7. Suez
does not want to purchase the Eagle Water Company out of the goodness of their pocket book, they see this as an untapped resource where they can expand, raise rates and add to their
profitability at the cost of Eagle customers. I look forward to your unbiased review on thisapplication. Also, thank you for taking the time to read my wanderings in this matter. Otto H.

Comment: "Idaho Public Utilities Commission; I received a notice from Suez about two weeks
ago, informing me they are resuming their application with the Idaho Public UtilitiesCommission to acquire the Eagle Water Company. I am opposed to their attempt to purchase
and take over the Eagle Water Company. I am a residential customer of Eagle Water Companysince I built my home in downtown Eagle back in 1992 and will offer some reasons, for my
opposition. I will be 77 this Saturday, June 26, so that may explain why I may jump around onmy concerns. I have listed my concerns for you reading pleasure: 1. Everything I read, they
are a foreign owned company, this is Idaho, the Commission members should be veryconcerned about this and my assumption you are all Idaho residents, should be opposed to a
foreign entity taking over our water supply. a. Since they are foreign owned, why are they wanting to purchase such a small company with so few customers. What is their driving force
to own our water supply, I do not see this as being in our best interests, and what are they looking to do down the road. b. The Idaho Legislature had concerns of a foreign entity taking
over our water supply, and once they take it over, does that mean they can bring in other foreign companies they want to work with and share or turn over control to them. c. Is Suez
planning on ramping up suppling water to other outlying developments that are underway or being planned and needs our water supply to boost their ability to use our water to give to
other developments. 2. As you know, the big national news is the draught and lack of water that is impacting so many states and trying to figure out how they will provide water to their
various cities and the need to provide water for agricultural commodities. Suez is not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts by purchasing the Eagle Water Company, they are a for
profit entity, that is the bottom line. Purchasing the Eagle Water Company, positions them with untapped resources they can use to sell, increase profits at both Idaho’s expense and the
customers of Eagle, Idaho. 3. Their attempt with their flying to make me feel good does not work. I have looked at where they currently own and provide services for other towns, cities in
various states and they are taken to task because of their lack of service, being the big owner and that they can do what they want. They are not a customer centric company, they do not
upgrade, they do not fix and when they do it is because of something is so big they have to take action. 4. They mention I would benefit from 24/7 local service, so they think this is new,
I have been here for 29 years, no issues, I have visited the Eagle Water Company office in downtown Eagle, they are friendly, no troubles, I have not had any issues. Based on what I
have read in comments from other cities and towns they control, we will no longer have 24/7 local service that is interested in our wellbeing. They also attest to the fact that our water
supply will be more reliable. I have water, always have, never any concern from my standpoint, from what I can ascertain, they are parroting what they have used to try to sell their
ownership, and did not read what they have said. 5. In my humble opinion, the Idaho Public Utilities Commissioners should review and contact some of the Suez customers in the Boise
Vista Avenue area, they have voiced complains about their water being discolored, chemical smells, please do your job and that is what is best for the Eagle customers, that is why you are
in your current position. If I have angered you, good, do your job and your homework. 6. Our water rates have been fair, and that means controlled by the IPUC and their review of requests,
to me, remember I’m going to be 77 this Saturday, this is a big deal for the state of Idaho and the IPUC. a. Suez has already determined what they plan on doing for rate hikes through 2025,
how they can determine what they want to charge 4 years out, this confirms their wanting to gain access to Idaho’s water supply via the purchase of Eagle Water Company and begin
charging more money for our water under the pretext of expanding and upgrading. I see them expanding and upgrading, and charging Eagle customers to allow them to provide water
services to future customers at our expense. They want us to subsidize their Suez expansion. b. The IPUC oversite, in my humble opinion, is to look at what is happening, being impartial and
weighing the facts to determine the validity of the proposed ownership. I have followed your activities in the past and have thought you have taken your ownership of the IPUC to heart and
are responsible and diligent in carrying out your responsibilities. I would expect no less from you in this application. c. We are existing customers, we should not have to pay for Suez
wanting to expand their customer base and passing on these costs to us. This should be done through imp"

Comment: "Hello, This is regarding the acquisition of Eagle Water by Suez. The rate increases are not in line with what would be reasonable year by year, and the stated benefits are not in
line with any price increase as we do not currently have or see issues with Eagle Water. This concerns myself and other neighbors as something that is acceptable, we cannot afford
measures and mergers such as these. Please reject their proposal. Thank you."

Comment: "I am writing to contest the acquisition of Eagle Water by Suez. The rate increases
of 300-400% are beyond logical for what I consider little to no additional value-add. As a homeowner in Eagle, I am very concerned that this level of overhead would be considered
acceptable to bear by the residents of my town, where we enjoy good water, good service, at a very reasonable price currently. Please reject the Suez proposal, I see only a detriment to the
bottom line of the residents of Eagle, which will only help pay for the larger overhead of a larger company."

Comment: "I am writing to contest the acquisition of Eagle Water by Suez. The proposed rate increases of 300-400% are not justifiable for what I see to be little to no additional value add.
Suez is planning on rate increases while providing no additional benefit. Eagle water is able to provide great service with a good product. No reason to let Suez come in and mess this up. As
a homeowner in Eagle, I am very concerned that this level of overhead would be considered acceptable to bear by the residents of my town where we all ready are enjoying great water
and service at a reasonable rate. Suez and their price gouging are not welcome. "
