Comment: "We are very upset that Eagle Water is being sold to Suez. We have the best drinking
water already and do not need a Non-Idaho company to change it. Suez is a publicly traded company
that has no interest in Eagle or Idaho. Rather, their interest is in making money, period. They will
raise rates substantially as they have done every where else they have taken over. Trees, gardens,
lawns, recreation, etc. will be impacted severally. We are asking the commission to deny the Suez
company from buying Eagle water, it will be detrimental to the community in Eagle and Idaho. "
