I recently received correspondence regarding this potential transaction and it concerns my that my water will becontrolledbySuez.I have previously received services from Suez and feel that the qualityof the water me and myfamilycurrentlyreceivewillbenegativelyaffected.This transaction will not only affect the qualityof this basic andessentialresourcebutalsohaveasubstantialeconomicimpacttoourhousehold.I as well as many of my neighbors areconcernedregardingthistransaction.It appears that potentiallyvia a petition or legal filings will be the option for us thecustomersofEagleWaterCompany,Inc.It is important as the representative of my household that it be on record myconcerns.I look forward to receiving communication regarding this transaction.
