Comment:I just received a letter in my mailbox saying that Suez is proposing to buyout Eagle Water Co and raise rates
by 204%.This is ridiculous and shouldn't be allowing.I feel that a better option would be to have the City of Eagle take
over the Eagle Water Co.I admittedlydisagree with this buyout and proposed rate hikes.

Complaint:I am very concerned with the proposed purchase of Eagle Water by Suez.I have been anEagleWatercustomerfor26years,and have always been more than happy with the qualityof theirwaterandtheirservice.In 26 years I have not experienced a loss of water,other than tempory reducedpressureduringmaintenanceandrepairs.
Suez has stated they will raise our water rates by over 200%over the next several years.What benefitsaretheybringingtotheconsumerthatoffsettheirhugepriceincreases.If Suez is allowed to purchaseEagleWater,the sales contract should only allow for reasonable price increases...It is the utilitiescommission's job to protect idaho consumers.Please do your job

Comment:We just received the letter from Suez regarding their purchase of the Eagle Water Company.We are
concerned with their reference to the average $12.35 monthly bill.Our household of two adults on a small lot has not
had that low a bill in several years.Additionallythey indicate in their letter rate increases of $6/mo.in 2019,$9/mo.in
2020,and $9/mo.in 2021.Then,later in the letter they state increases overall of $204%for residential.This doesn't jive
with the other amounts and I'm concerned they will dramatically increase our rates,similar to what they did when
purchasing United Water.

Comment:I am against the sale,and the asset purchase,of Eagle Water to Suez Water.
Reasons are as follows.
The dramatic increasefor residential water for Eagle property owners of over 200%is excessiveand greatly impacts
senior citizens.
Suez Water states the purchase of Eagle Water will have a favorable affect on both Suez and Eagle customers.
However,this does not seem to be true if Eagle residents see an 200%increase over what they are currently paying.
Suez has agreedto purchase all assets of Eagle Water then amortize the costs to Eagle residents.Has not all these
assets,including lines,building,wells,etc,already been paid for by Eagle customers?Are Eagle residents currently on
Eagle Water expected to pay for these assets twice?I believe we should not.AII water lines,wells,pumps,and
equiptmentmust be,if a sale is approved,must not be charged back to the consumer.
I understand the desire of the current owner of Eagle Water to sell,however I do not believe the current plan by Suez is
in the best interest of Eagle Water customers.
