Comment:Please do not allow the purchaseof Eagle Water Co to Suez.The proposed rate increases are ridiculous.I
love living in the City of Eagle but this purchasewould make me seriously consider moving out of this location.The
benefits outlined to the consumers by Suez do not justify the drastic increase in prices.I have lived in Eagle for over 10
years and have never had any issues with the service provided by Eagle Water Co.I have heard several complaints from
others regarding the service they receive from Suez.

Comment:Pursuant to the notice received by my client,SP Management LLC,we are concerned with the notice of Suez
acquiring out current provider (Eagle Water Co.).The proposed rate increase of 303%for commercial water services is
excessive.These chargeswill be passed through to our small businesses as part of their common area maintenance
charges (CAM).How do they justify such a large increase?Given the the proposed monthly rate increase triplingwe
OPPOSE this acquisition.
