Comment:As an Eagle Water user for the past 3 years,I am concerned with the Suez purchase of the eagle watercompany.I moved from Meridian Idaho to my current location in Eagle,during my research we found that areas of east
Boise,Garden City and Eagle serviced by other water companies have much higher rates.the low rates and great servicefromEagleWaterCompanywasoneofthefactorsinpurchasingthishouse.In researching this takeover,I have seenmultiplecomplaintsfromSuezusersintheBoiseregionabouttaste,smell and look of the water provided by Suez.FromtheinformationaboutthemergerIhavefoundavailable,my current 8 to 9$winter,and 20 to 25$summer water billswillincreaseby300%in the next 2 years,after staying about the same for the past 3 years.A 300%increasein myexistingwaterbillisnotacceptablejusttofundtopocketsofSuezanditsshareholders.Eagle Water company alreadyprovidesexcellentcustomerservice,and according to what I could find,the water system is already monitored 24 hours
a day.
I strongly encourage the PUC to deny or make significant adjustments to this request and to keep in mind theusers/consumers of this water resource.As a consumer,the low water cost in this area definitelyaffected my choice to
move to this neighborhood,and now with no input from me,and no choice of providers,I am about to have my costsincreased300%just to satisfy the corporate greed of a national water system provider,when the small local one alreadyprovidedexcellentserviceatagreatprice.

Complaint:I understand that the Suez Water company is planning to purchase the Eagle Water
Company.Having heard of complaints from other customers regarding the poor quality of the water and
the high cost with Suez Water Company.
I respectfully request that you would not allow the business be sold to them.I have been completely
satisfied with the water,cost and service from Eagle Water Company.And am very hopeful that you will
consider my opinion regarding this matter.
