CUSTOMER HEARING

On June 8, 2021, Eagle Water Company, Inc. (“Eagle Water”) and SUEZ Water Idaho
Inc. (“SUEZ”) filed a joint motion to recommence proceedings (“Motion”) in this docket. The
same day, Eagle Water and SUEZ filed an amendment to its joint application (“Amended Joint
Application”) requesting approval of the acquisition of Eagle Water assets by SUEZ.
On July 14, 2021, the Commission issued a Notice of Amended Application granting
SUEZ and Eagle Water’s Motion. Order No. 35104.
On September 9, 2021, the Commission issued a Notice of Scheduling, Notice of
Modified Procedure, Notice of Public Workshop, and Notice of Customer Hearing. Order No.
35160. Order No. 35160 established that a customer hearing would take place at 7:00 PM on
November 1, 2021 and included call-in information for customers who were interested in
participating.
Since Order No. 35160 was issued, the Commission made plans to use a new telephonic
platform for hearings allowing participants to be more easily divided into groups of those who
wish to listen and those who wish to testify. The Commission will use this platform at the hearing
in this case.
With this Order, the Commission updates the call-in information for the customer
hearing established by Order No. 35160.
AMENDED NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a telephonic
customer hearing in this matter on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2021, AT 7:00 PM (Mountain
Time). The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from members of the public and
customers of the Companies. For those who wish to call-in and listen only dial 1-800-920-7487
then enter participant code 9877 951#. For those who wish to offer verbal testimony dial

to join the hearing at 6:50 PM (Mountain Time).
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that depending on the attendance and public
interest, the Commission may impose a five (5) minute cap on individual’s testimony to ensure
that all interested persons have an opportunity to present their positions on the record.
Additionally, interested persons who have lengthy testimony are encouraged to file their full
testimony—or the portion exceeding the time limit—in accordance with the public comment
instructions.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position on the
Companies’ Application may also file a written comment explaining why the person supports or
opposes the Application. Comments must be filed through the Commission website or by e-
mail unless computer access is unavailable. To comment electronically, please access the
Commission’s home page at www.puc.idaho.gov. Click the “Case Comment Form” and complete
the form using the case number as it appears on the front of this document. To file by e-mail, the
