FINDINGS OF FACT We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene. We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.If it appears that an intervenor does not have a direct or substantial interest in the proceeding,or that the intervention is not in the public interest,the Commission may set conditions on such intervention,or dismiss the intervenor from the proceeding.See Rules 13 and 74. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by the City of Eagle is hereby granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Eagle Water Customer Group is hereby granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by the city of Boise City is hereby granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho is hereby granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Citizens Allied for Integrity and Accountabilityis hereby granted.
