Court,Fourth Judicial District (the "District Court Case").
Eagle Water Company's Motion to Dismiss the City of Eagle's Complaint was denied by
order of the District Court on October 18,2019.A trial scheduling order was issued by the Court
on November 22,2019.This matter has been set for a ten-day trial commencing Tuesday,April
13 20}d.
