COMES NOW SUEZ Water Idaho Inc. ("SUEZ"),with the concurrence of Eagle Water
Company, Inc., and pursuant to Commission Order 34292, provides the Commission and other
parties with this quarterly report on the current status of Case No. CVOl-19-03534 in the District
Court, Fourth Judicial District (the "District Court Case").
Oral argument on the Eagle Water Company's Motion to Dismiss the City of Eagle's
Complaint pending in the District Court,4th Judicial District, was heard on August 28,2019. A
decision on that Motion is pending. No trial/pre-trial schedule has been set by the Court.
