COMPLIANCE FILING
In Idaho Public Utilities Commission Case No. SUZ-W- l8-01, Order No. 34153, the
Commission directed Suez Water Idaho to submit a tariff schedule for Brian Subdivision
customers in compliance with the rates identified in the Order. The Company was also directed
to send a lefter to the affected customers regarding the surcharge amount approved by the
Commission as well as the payment terms and available payment options, including the option to
enroll in Budget Billing. Staff worked with the Company to ensure both the tariff schedule and
the letter conform with the Order. In addition, both documents incorporate text changes
suggested by Staff that the Company agreed to make in its Reply Comments filed in this case.
The Company submitted a new Schedule 1C, Brian Subdivision Surcharge and indicated that it
intended to mail the letter to Brian Subdivision customers immediately,

STAFF RECOMMENI}ATION
Staff confirms that the both the new tariff Schedule 1C, Brian Subdivision Surcharge and
the letter to Brian Subdivision customers comply with Commission Order No. 34153. SlalT
recommends approval of Schedule 1C with an effective date of November 12,2018.
