RE: Brian Subdivision Surcharge Semi-Annual Report - October 2022
Dear Ms. Carlock,
Attached please find the Veolia semi-annual report for Brian Subdivision Surcharge per Case No. SUZ-
W-18-01, Order 34153 dated October 12,2018. The Order outlined a reporting requirement regarding the
status of Brian Subdivision customer arrearages and payment plans, due six months after the
Commission issued its final order, and semi-annually thereafter for the duration of the surcharge which is
in effect through November 12,2028.
Currently, one Brian Subdivision (BSWUA) customer is on an extended payment plan arrangement with a
