RE: Brian Subdivision Surcharge Semi-Annual Report - October 2021
Dear Ms. Carlock,
Attached please find the SUEZ semi-annual report for Brian Subdivision per Case No. SUZ-W-18-01, Order 34153
dated October 12, 2018. The Order outlined a reporting requirement regarding the status of Brian Subdivision
customer arearages and payment plans, due six months afier the Commission issued its final order, and semi-
annually thereafter for the duration of the surcharge which is in effect through November 12,2028.
SUEZ suspended all collections activities starting March 13, 2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Collections activities for Commercial customers resumed in December 2020 and Residential customers collections
processes were phased-in beginning in May of 2021 starting with the largest past due balances. Currently,
Residential customers are at a $2OO+ collection threshold amount. Customers are also eligible for a 12-month
extended payment plan arrangement in order to help catch up any past due balance.
As of October 2021, one Brian Subdivision (BSV\^rA) customer is on an extended payment plan arrangement and
one additional customer has a small balance due over 60 days. Should you have any questions, please contact
