Dear Ms. Carlock,
Attached please find the SUEZ semi-annua! report for Brian Subdivision per Case No. SUZ-W-I8-01 , Order 341 53
dated October 12,2018. The Order outlined a reporting requirement regarding the status of Brian Subdivision
customer arrearages and payment plans, due six months after the Commission issued its final order, and semi-
annually thereafter for the duration of the surcharge which is in effect through November 12,2028.
SUEZ suspended all collections activities starting March '13,2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. During
December 2020 Commercial account collections resumed with two customers being disconnected for non-
payment to date. We expect to phase-in and resume Residential customer collections processes starting in May,
for high dollar amount account balances.
Currently two Brian Subdivision customers have a past due balance. The largest balance account's most recent
payment was in February 2020. These customers have not elected an extended payment plan option as of yel
