It has been stated capital is needed and can be provided by Natural Water for growth and integrity of the Spirit Lake East
Water Co. There are very few lots in this subdivision that will be built on in the future. I hope Natural Water doesn't
plan to sell our water outside the subdivision. lt is also stated customer rates would not change as a result of the
proposed transaction. How long does this promise hold???
