RE:CASE NO.SPL-W-13-01 ORDER NO.32904 DATED OCTOBER 11,2013
In reference to the above Final Order,What action if any has been taken to accomplish
the Company providing the Commission with a detailed evaluation regarding the addition of
fire hydrants to its water system within six months of the date of the above order?
I believe such action would be of interest not oniy to me,but to the Spirit Lake East
Homeowners’Association Incorporated as well.
My USAA Homeowner’s Insurance Policy Annual Review requires my statement as to
the location of the nearest fire hydrant,with a reduction in the Annual Premium if I am located
within One Thousand Feet of such hydrant.
You may recall,that I had previously requested to be informed of the results of the above
order in my letter to the Commissioner’s dated October 30.2013,which apparently has gone
unnoticed.
