TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I strongly oppose the rate increase of 106% due to the following
reasons:
1.Unfair rate increase because of no significant improvements in the system.
2.No improvements on the water pressure.
3.Leak repairs are expected charges and should be a part of normal maintenance expense.
4.106% is way out of line although a slight increase of 5-10% would be more acceptable.
5.Why do we have to raise rates just because other Water Companies are charging more?
6.What future system wide upgrades would this include and why would we be raising rates for
them now?
