NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
ORDER NO. 35797
This matter came before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) on the
Commission Staff’s (“Staff”) request to order Sunbeam Water (“Sunbeam” or “Company”) to
appear and show cause why the Commission should not impose penalties for the Company’s
willful violations of the Commission’s requirements under state law and the Commission’s rules.
On February 16, 2023, the Commission ordered Staff to audit the Company’s financials,
visit the service area to inspect the premises and plant, and hold a public workshop. Order No.
35680. On April 25, 2023, Staff submitted requests to audit the financials, with responses due by
May 16, 2023.
On May 8, 2023, Staff and the Company agreed that Staff would inspect the premises and
plant on June 28, 2023, followed by a public workshop at 6:00 p.m. (MDT). The workshop’s time
and venue are described below.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Staff will convene a public workshop in this matter,
as follows:

LOCATION: AMERICAN FALLS SCHOOL DISTRICT
COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER, ROOM #4
827 FORT HALL
AMERICAN FALLS, ID 83211
The public workshop will offer Staff, the Company, and interested persons an opportunity
to meet, ask questions, receive information, possibly resolve issues in dispute, and give customers
an opportunity to hear from Staff regarding matters in this case.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter will be
held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public workshop or hearing may ask the
Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request
for assistance must be received at least five working days before the hearing by contacting the
Commission Secretary at:

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff shall hold a public workshop on Wednesday, June
28, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. (MDT). The workshop will take place at the American Falls School District
Community Learning Center, Room #4, 827 Fort Hall, American Falls, ID 83211.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
