AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF SECOND
MOTION TO RECONSIDER PENAL TIES
COMES NOW, Respondent, SUNBEAM WATER COMP ANY, by and through
attorney, Craig W. Parrish and after having been duly sworn, hereby affirms as follows:
1. I am the attorney for SUNBEAM WATER COMP ANY in this matter;
2. That I have knowledge concerning the facts and circumstances as they have
occurred herein;.
3. That Respondent has complied with all of the terms of the Order from the
Commission as requested
4. That Sunbeam Water has no financial capacity to pay fines, fees, or costs and
operates at a deficit every month without any cash reserves, as is apparent from
the disclosures provided. Sunbeam Water has a complete inability to pay.
5. That Sunbeam is investigating the possibility of filing a rate case to attempt to
alleviate these concerns into the future but that also requires financial resources

6. That Sunbeam Water has also looked into the idea of selling the company and
those efforts are being continued.
