Received by Tri-County Process Serving LLC on December 9, 2022 to be served on SUNBEAM WATER COMPANY.
I hereby certify and return that today, January 20, 2023, I discontinued attempting service of the Notice of Hearing and Order to Show Cause -Order No. 35619, and after due search and diligent inquiry I was unable to serve said person due to the reasons stated below.
Service was attempted upon R. Michael Parrish, the last known Registered Agent for Sunbeam Water Company, at the developed residential address of 231 W. Center St., Rockland, ID 83271 on 12/13/2022 at 5:13pm. The server spoke with Mr. Parrish's wife who stated he was not home. She refused to answer any further questions before slamming the door. The server observed her through the window making a phone call as they were leaving the property. Subsequent attempts were made at this address between 12/13/2022 and 12/29/2022 with negative results. Service attempts were also made at the developed business address of Direct Communications, 150 S. Main St., Rockland, ID 83271 between 12/21/2022 and 12/29/2022. He was not in the office during any of the server's attempts. Per the receptionist, Mr. Parrish mostly works from home and rarely comes into the office. Additionally, calls have been placed to the developed phone numbers of [phone] and [phone] and messages have been left. Business cards have also beenleft on the front door of the residence; however, as of the date f this affidavit, no response hasbeen received from R. Michael Parrish. Cancel service per Keri awker on 1/6/2023 at 10:27am.
