COMES NOW Craig W. Parrish, counsel for Respondent, SUNBEAM WATER and
hereby requests and declares as follows:
1. That I am the attorney for the Respondent SUNBEAM WATER in the above
captioned matter.
2. That the Respondent has filed all requested financial documents sought by the
Commission as requested;
4. That the Respondent is effectively completely insolvent and has been for many years;
5. That Respondent and counsel are unavailable to attend the hearing set on January 5th
2023, if such still be necessary, and therefore requests that the matter be reset at a time in the
future convenient to the parties;
6. Further that any future hearings, if necessary, be set and held electronically, by Zoom
or other means in order to effectuate efficient and effective communication and successful
resolution of concerns.
