IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the present and future
publ ic convenience and necessity requires, and wi 11 requi re
Sunbeam Wa ter Company, Inc., an Idaho corporation, its successors
and assigns,to hold, construct or otherwise acquire, and to
maintain and operate a water system in and supply water to that
certain terri tory known as Garden Grove Estates Subdivision in
Power County, Idaho, described as:
portion of Section 1, Township 8
Range 31 E, Boise Meridian
and for such purpose to own, hold , construct or otherwise acquire
and to maintain and operate wi thin said terri tory water wells,
reservoirs,tanks,towers,standpipes,collectors settling
basins, galleries and other works and structures, and also to
lay, take up, repair, replace, renew, extend, alter, maintain and
operate water mains, pipes, condui ts, hydrants, and other ap-
pliances, equipment and facilities in, upon, over, under, along,
through, and across all streets, avenues, alleys, highways, roads
and other public places in said territory as the same now exists,
laid out or established and to exercise all rights and privileges
that have been, or may hereafter be, granted Sunbeam Water Com-
pany, Inc., its successors or assigns, by any city or village, or
by any county, or by the state of Idaho, or by any municipality
created out of such said terri tory and areas, or any part thereof,
or by the state of Idaho, or by any poli tical subdivision thereof
in the area hereinbefore set forth.
This Certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant
to the findings and provisions of Order No. 17739 issued the 3c
day of November, 1982.
