Dear Mr.Hecht:
I have a few comments regarding my/our personal experience with the SBWLLC and wish to
pass them along to you and your staff,as follows:
1.We have received excellent service and water quality for the six plus years we have
owned our property at Schweitzer.The value and service for the cost is above reproach.
2.The owners (Mel Bailey and Marsha Bell)are well known for providing quick response
to leaks or other service issues on timely manner despite adverse weather or conditions.
I/we have personally witnessed their diligence and concern for resolving a problem to
any and all service issues no matter what the time of day,season,or existing weather
condition.Anyone who knows the owners is very aware of their determination to furnish
a quality product at an affordable and reasonable cost.
3.The owners have consistently been improving their service and system as the years have
passed and without a doubt will continue to do such in the future.
My wife (Maryann)and I highly recommend their company to anyone who may choose to use
their company in the future.
