On February 13,2015,the Commission received an Application from Schweitzer
Basin Water LLC (“Schweitzer”or “Company”)requesting issuance of a Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”).
On May 28,2015,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Modified
Procedure.The Notice established the following schedule:
Deadline for Filing Comments August 20,2015
Deadline for Company Reply Comments August 27,2015
MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF REPLY COMMENT DEADLINE
On August 25,2015,the Commission received a letter from Schweitzer owners Mel
Bailey and Marsha Bell.In the letter,the Schweitzer owners requested an extension of the reply
comment deadline until the end of the business day on September 2,2015.Schweitzer stated
that the Company was “diligently reviewing”Staffs comments and wished to “respond with our
corrections and comments.”
On September 1,2015,the Commission received another letter from Schweitzer
requesting an additional extension of the reply comment deadline until September 8,2015.
Schweitzer stated that an additional extension was necessary so that the Company could
participate in a conference call with Staff on Wednesday,September 2,2015,and have “enough
time to research our answers and be as complete and as correct as possible.”
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed Schweitzer’s requests for an extension of the reply
comment deadline.The Commission finds that the Company is working in a cooperative manner
with Staff and has presented adequate justification for an extension of the reply comment
deadline in this case.Further,no person or party has opposed the Company’s request for an
extension.Therefore,the Commission will grant the Company’s request for an extension of the
reply comment deadline.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Schweitzefs Motion for an Extension of the Reply
Comment Deadline is granted.The Company may file its reply comments no later than
September 8,2015.
