As part of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No. 30703 issued on December 16
2008, the Commission directed Rocky Mountain Utility Company to implement rates and charges as
set out in the Order and to submit tariffs in compliance with the rates and charges identified in this
Order no later than 14 days from the service date of this Order. The rates and charges authorized by
the Order became effective for service rendered on and after January 1 2009.
Staff reviewed the tariff submitted by the Company on May 18, 2009 to ensure that the
language and rates reflect Commission directives as stated in Order No. 30703. The tariff includes
Rate Schedule No., Non-Recurring Charges, and General Rules and Regulations for Rocky Mountain
Utility Company. Staff confirms that the language and rates comport with Commission Order 30703.
Staff notes that the Company submitted the tariff to the Commission late in spite of conscientious
efforts made by Staff working with the Company to submit such documents on time.
Staff recommends approval of the tariff.
