In reply to your comments we feel tht the nie ( 5 + 4 ) EICAP homes th ar not completed
will be at leas 1 yea before thy ar occupied. In th tie we will fall short in payment of
$3,591.00. We suggest a incre frm $ 33.25 to $35.00 a month tht would be $1.75 incr
eah month. By addig $ 1.75 eah month for th next 3 yea on 55 homes we would rever
$ 3,465.00. With the way the economy is tody we ca not be sur tht all the EICAP homes
will be occupied in one year.
