Dear Pepperwood Resident:
We want to inform you that the Rocky Mounta Utilty Company has submittd its
application for a Certficate of Public Convenience and Necessity to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commssion. Ths certificate will allow us to operate as a public utility in Idaho.
Our servce area includes, but is not limited to, Pepperwood Crossing located in Jefferson
County, Idao. Based upon curent operating costs to supply water to existig residents,
we are requesting an interim rate of $28.50 with fina rates to be determned by the Idaho
Public Utilties Commssion.
Questions regarding ths application can be diected to the Commission Secreta, Idaho
Public Utilties Commssion at 208-334-0300. Their mailing address is PO Box 83720,
Boise, il 83720-0074.
We expect the application review process to tae approxiately 6 to 9 month. We will
notify you in wrting when the process is complete and rates have been finalized.
