yet part of current operations e. g. planned future proj ects.
2 Details and costs of improvements since 12/8/98 including the need for these
improvements.
3 The need to offer an achievable 11% return on investment in order to attract investment
capi tal in this current setting of low interest rates, diminished corporate earnings, and
reneed public interest in dividends.
4 The validity of the stated yearly operating and maintenance expenses.
5 The methodology for calculating individual unit consumption (not all ERUs are comparablee. g. our condominium s metered consummption over 21 yrs is approx. 1/3 of the estimated
gallonage assigned to it)
6 Consideration of rate comparison between Resort Water s request and the nearly identicalimmediately adj acent residential water company.
