Complaint description: We are owners of a condo at Schweitzer Ski Resort and have been for
about thirty years. We are outraged at the hike in our rates which have been $33.00 per
month for each condo and the company would raise it to $61.96 per condo per month. That
is a hike of 88% over our current rate. We do not feel that we should be penalized by the
failure of Resort Water Company to produce a profit , nor do we think we should have to pay
for all of the additional condominiums and businesses being built at Schweitzer , thus
creating an additional drain on the reservoir. We do not feel a responsibility for the
failure of the investors to realize a return on their investment. We have supported
