I have been a property owner in Packsaddle Estates for more than tenyears.It is a very warm and supportive neighborhood.The watersystemissueisverytroubling.
There is no Packsaddle Estates Neighborhood Association.Propertyownerswereunawarethatownershipofthewatersystemhadbeentransferredtotwopropertyownersintheneighborhooduntilafterthelegalworkhadbeendone.Once property owners became aware of thesituation,a neighborhood meeting was scheduled.The meeting washeldinJulyof2015sothatpropertyownerscouldbe.informeçl of therecenttransactions.Many questions were asked Due t&the árlous.concern expressed by the attendees,It was agreed that four property
owners would be selected to serve on a “Board”.There has been nocommunicationsrelatedtoany“Board Meetings”.
I repeat,there is no Neighborhood Association in Packsaddle EstateslocatedinTetonCounty,Idaho.It is very important that the PacksaddleWaterSystem,Inc.be under the authority of the Idaho PUC.
