Dear Packsaddle Water Customer:
As you know from my previous letter to you of October L,2015, a new non-profit corporation named
Packsaddle Water Systems, lnc., has purchased the sma!! water company named Packsaddle Estates
Water Corporation. The new non-profit corporation has filed an application with the ldaho Public
Utilities Commission asking for the approval of this sale and the transfer of the CPCN (Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity), if that is appropriate for the new owner.
A copy of this application is available for inspection at the residence of any of your four Board of
Directors. Their names and phone numbers were given to you in our previous letter of October t,2OL5.
A copy of the application can also be reviewed at the IPUC's offices located at ldaho Public Utilities
Commission,472W. Washington St., Boise, ldaho 83702. Their mailing address is P.O. Box 8372Q Boise,
ldaho 83720-OO74 and their phone number is 208-334-0300.
The commission will accept any written comments concerning this application, so feelfree to provide
your input.
